High blood pressure, irritable bowel, insomnia, anxiety (which I didn’t know can be a symptom of grief), memory loss, depression, shoulder surgery, gall bladder emergency surgery, repeated shingles. Grief is very stressful. Now I work on affirming health, healing and make time to relax, let go.

Exhaustion has been the worst symptom. I am 63 years old and work the night shift as a nurse. I get plenty of sleep, but NEVER feel rested. Healthy, basically, but always tired…no energy.
